To my knowledge, there is only one Mary Magdelena and she was a RICKER.
(There is/was a very large RICKER family in Greene Co, TN, and she was
descended from them.) Her death certificate listed her as Mary Magdalene
FRANKLIN and gives her parents as "John" RICKER [John William?] and Ersley
SHELTON. I've seen it before, but have no idea where the GENTRY connection
may have been added as the records show her name before marriage thru her
life, and at her death as either RICKER or FRANKLIN.
