1992 Plan for the Big Sycamore Recreation Area

sketches of what was visualized by Tennessee Valley Authority. This plan was a study by TVA and obtained for me by the Tennessee Citizens for Wilderness Planning, who also was very interested in seeing this area wisely be used. (website)

Plan
Since nothing was done what many may consider was a viable option was the building of what TVA has said will be the last permit for a Marina issued on Norris Lake now known as Norris Landing Marina and Jimmy's Place just at the water supply intake for the Tazewell/New Tazewell communities of Claiborne County. |
